Chief Rabbi of Russia Rabbi Berel Lazar led a Gimmel Tammuz farbrengen for hundreds of members of Moscow’s Jewish community and beyond.

The farbrengen was broadcast to thousands of Russian-speaking viewers worldwide, in collaboration with the “Kollel Torah” organization, which operates over a hundred Kollel Torah in countries of the former Soviet Union.
