The 23rd Kinus Hashluchim of Paris concluded with a gala banquet with guest of honor Rabbi Avrohom Wolff, who is bravely leading his community amid the war in Ukraine.

Shluchim from across Paris and the surrounding areas gathered at the Beth Lubavitch center in Paris for their 23rd annual regional Kinus, held in the days near Beis Iyar, the birthday of the Rebbe Maharash.
The gathering was filled with valuable workshops, lectures, and round table discussions aimed at training, inspiring and invigorating each participant. The Kinus conclude with a gala banquet.
The kinus banquet was addressed via zoom by Merkos Vice-Chairman Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, Head Shliach of Paris Rabbi Mendel Azimov, and Rabbi Yosef Matusof, shliach in Toulouse, France.
A memorable keynote address was delivered by Rabbi Avrohom Wolff, Chief Rabbi of Odessa, Ukraine who received a standing ovation from the hundreds of shluchim present.
