Rabbi Yossi and Mushka Bernstein along with their daughter Chana, are heading out on Shlichus to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The Bernstein’s are joining the Chabad Romano Center in Richmond Hill.

They will be servicing the growing community’s needs, specifically targeting young adults and families.

They will be joining the existing team of Shluchim, Rabbi Mendel and Toby Bernstein and Rabbi Shlomo and Ella Vorovitch.
