While the virtual Kinus Hashluchim was taking place, a new shliach was announced to the Giva’at Ram neighborhood in Yerushalayim.

Rabbi Dovid and Orah Shachar will be serving as shluchim to the Hebrew University campus in the neighborhood, and to the other colleges in the area.

They were appointed by Rabbi Moshe Shilat who runs the network of Chabad on Campus in Eretz Yisroel.
