Join a spirited Farbrengen marking 70 years of Yud Shevat taking place near the Rebbe’s Ohel next Tuesday night.
In honor of the joyous day of Yud Shevat 70 Years, Chassidim will be gathering to celebrate with a joyous Farbrengen on Tuesday, eve of Yud Shevat at 8:30 PM near the Rebbe’s Ohel.
A large crowd is expected so a sizeable venue has been secured to accommodate everyone comfortably. Maariv will be at 6:45 PM followed by screening unique footage of Yud Shevat 5750 after which the program will begin.
The Farbrengen, to be addressed by Rabbis Yosef Chaim Kantor, Asi Spiegel and Tzvi Grunblatt with MC Rabbi Mendel Scharf, will also be broadcast online so that Chassidim all over the world can participate. Visit Chabad.org/OrVechom to watch it live.
The Farbrengen will include the viewing of a new video presentation ‘Yud Shevat Milestones with the Rebbe’ that includes footage and interviews that have not been released before.
Communities outside of the tri-state area who are unable to attend in person but plan to have a local Farbrengen are welcome to broadcast this Farbrengen for a public viewing. As in the past, for Shluchim in remote areas who are unable to gather with other Chassidim in person, this is a great way to celebrate this auspicious day.
Organizers ask that people who plan on attending please RSVP to allow them to prepare adequately.
