Seems to me – though I was not there – that he spoke downstairs on the farbrengen bima by the siyum harambam (interesting that there aren’t any pictures here), may he also davened mincha but didn’t here anything about that anywhere else, so I was thinking that whoever wrote this article may have mistranslated from Hebrew מַנְחֶה… but it’s just a theory.
He first came to 770, toured the library, followed by his own Minyan for Mincha on the farbrengun bima. Later on, he came back to speak at the Siyum Horambam.
