Friends, relatives and the family of Shluchim gathered Sunday night for an impromptu farbrengen celebrating the 74th birthday of Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky.
The celebration was held at the Crown Heights home of Rabbi Kotlarsky, the indefatigable Vice Chairman of Merkos L’Inyonei Chinuch and Chairman of the International Kinus Hashluchim.
Wellwishers offered words of appreciation to Rabbi Kotlarsky for his tireless work on behalf of the shluchim worldwide and wished him many years of continued success in his shlichus with full health.
