U.S. Secretary of Education, Secretary McMahon visited the Lubavitch Educational Center in Miami today, marking the first visit by a U.S. Secretary of Education to a private Jewish school in many years.

Accompanied by Trump ally Rabbi Yehuda Kaploun, Secretary McMahon toured the educational facility, which serves a student body of over 2,300. During her visit, Secretary McMahon met with students and school staff, engaging in discussions about school choice, anti-Semitism on college campuses, religious liberty in education, and private school tuition.

She emphasized the importance of addressing these issues to ensure a safe and equitable educational environment for all students. The delegation greeting Secretary McMahon was led by the school’s dean, Rabbi Benjy Korf, who facilitated conversations between the secretary, students, and faculty members.
