Chof Ches Sivan, the day the Rebbe and Rebbetzin arrived safely in America in 5701 after nearly two years of danger, is this Shabbos.

To help children appreciate the dramatic story of this special day, Derher for Kids is sharing its Season 1 episode #75, The Rebbe & Rebbetzin’s Journey to America, together with a special Kahoot game based on the episode.

The episode follows the Rebbe and Rebbetzin’s footsteps from the outbreak of World War II, through their escape from Nazi-occupied Europe, until the day they reached the shores of the United States on 28 Sivan 5701.

For children, it is a story filled with movement, suspense, and hashgocha protis. As Chassidim, it is the beginning of a new chapter for our generation.
