Last week, Darchai Menachem students in Kitos Hei through Ches that earned top points in the Yeshiva award system were treated to a day on the ski slopes at Montage Mountain. The trip was a perfect way to celebrate the students’ hard work and progress.
The day began with an early shacharis minyan in Yeshiva, setting a positive tone for the day ahead filled with skiing as well as developing stronger relationships amongst the students and staff. With a large staff presence, teachers were fully available helping students with their skis, providing tutorials, and generally ensuring that each and every talmid was safe and having a good time.
Talmidim of every skill level enjoyed themselves on the slopes, with many beginners making remarkable progress. More importantly, students didn’t only develop their skiing skills but also became much closer with each other and their teachers. The trip highlighted the yeshiva’s commitment to fostering positive experiences in and out the classroom, ensuring the students feel supported in every environment.
