Thousands of children from Crown Heights schools and day camps gathered for a Tzivos Hashem rally to celebrate the Frierdiker Rebbe’s release from Soviet prison.
The rally, a project of Tzivos Hashem 770, marked Yud Beis – Yud Gimmel Tammuz, the Chag Hageulah of the Frierdiker Rebbe, and celebrating the victory of mesiras nefesh for Torah and Mitzvos.
The rally featured master storyteller Shmuly Zalmanov and a joggling show by Eliyahu Ezagui.
Each child who attended the rally received a special gift, was entered into grand raffles, and enjoyed special entertainment, and of course the 12 pesukim, along with Torah, Tefillah and Tzedaka.
