Mesivta Lubavitch of Baltimore is proud to announce that Rabbi Yanky Werner will be joining the yeshiva as primary mashpia for the upcoming shnas halimudim, 5784.

Rabbi Werner is known for his warm and engaging shiurim, his vast knowledge in both Nigleh and Chassidus, and his ability to connect and mentor talmidim on a warm and personal level.

He comes to Mesivta Lubavitch of Baltimore with a wealth of experience in the field of chinuch, particularly with Mesivta age talmidim. Over the years, both as a bochur and a yungerman, he served as maggid shiur in Nigleh and mashpia in Chassidus in numerous prominent mesivtas and yeshivos kayitz, including mesivtas in Detroit, Lugano, and Mesivta Menachem in Westchester.

In his new role as primary mashpia at the Mesivta, Rabbi Werner will guide and inspire the talmidim in their ruchnius and learning. He will be working closely with Rosh Mesivta Rabbi Mendel Kaminker to enhance the yeshiva’s already outstanding learning and shiurim.

Rabbi Werner’s appointment as mashpia and member of hanhalah of the Mesivta will complement the existing staff of Mesivta: Rabbi Mendel Kaminker, Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sufrin, Rabbi Aron Goldberg and Rabbi Mendy Vishedsky.

“We are thrilled to have Rabbi Werner join our yeshiva,” said Rabbi Mendel Kaminker, menahel and rosh mesivta. “His passion for Torah and darkei hachassidus, along with his ability to connect with and positively influence the talmidim will be a tremendous asset to our yeshiva. We look forward to working together to take our Mesivta to the next level and help the talmidim reach their full potential.”

Mesivta Lubavitch of Baltimore is a premier yeshiva with strong and comprehensive learning and shiurim for committed bochurim who are seriously looking to grow in both Nigleh and Chassidus. In addition, it offers many programs to enhance the talmidims’ hiskashrus and darkei hachassidus with special mivtza hachanas and farbrengens. The addition of Rabbi Werner as mashpia will IYH enhance the already exceptional learning and ruchnius experience that the Mesivta offers its talmidim.
