Hundreds of Young Shluchos joining the virtual track of the Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchos of the Shluchim Office enjoyed an incredible program featuring a brand new website created just for this year’s Kinus.
The mega virtual program launched on Friday in varied time zones with Young Shluchos getting to meet their bunkmates and counselors and playing interactive games together. After creating a Kinus themed food craft in the kitchen, they watched a Kingston Ave tour with a Gematria game before joining together to learn this year’s new theme song with motions.
“I’m so grateful to the amazing virtual Kinus staff for the amazing program,” said Chaya’le Wilhelm, Young Shlucha to Knoxville, TN. “I feel so lucky that even though I can’t go to New York I can enjoy a Kinus at home! I especially loved the Motzai Shabbos program! Thanks so much!”
A brand new website was launched for the virtual program, giving the Young Shluchos the opportunity to access amazing games, activities and presentations created just for them. The new website includes exclusive videos from behind the scenes clips to baking tutorials, printable Kinus themed games, a Farbrengen hotline, Kinus playlists, interactive learning activities, an escape room and much, much more. Visit the website at YoungShluchim.org/VirtualCarnival.
“We wanted to do something really special for the girls this year where they could feel the energy of Kinus throughout the whole weekend,” shared virtual program director Mushka Goldman. “We are so excited to have this space for the Young Shluchos where they can gain inspiration and feel the Kinus excitement even when they are not tuned into the Zoom program!”
Young Shluchos logged in on Motzai Shabbos for a packed program with an inspiring Rebbe video, singing Seder Niggunim together and dancing with Zappy by Zeesy.
“I’m having so much fun at Kinus this year! I loved making the food craft in the carnival and the glow in the dark dance party,” wrote Chaya Simon, Young Shlucha to Lone Tree, CO. “The singing at Seder Niggunim was so amazing as well!”
The Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchos is a project of the Shluchim Office.
