Wildfire Evacuees Spread a Different Kind of Light

While stranded on a California highway with talmidim in tow, shliach Rabbi Chaim Bryski led the group in learning and mivtzoim.

Due to the wildfires in California, Rabbi Chaim Bryski of Thousand Oaks, CA, was stranded on the highway for six hours on Monday morning as he was trying to drive back to yeshiva with some boys.

When he finally pulled into a shelter, hashgachah protis would have it that they davened Shacharis and helped a father and son who were were evacuated put on tefillin.

While waiting to be allowed to continue along their way, they spent some time learning with the boys so their day should not be wasted.
