Entering its second year, the Halikut study program for learning Likutei Sichos, incorporated many new features.
A special feature this year is a video shiur delivered by a rotation of Mashpiim and Roshei Yeshivos. This week’s Shiur is given by Rabbi Chaim Schapiro Menahel of Tomchei Temimim in Morristown, NJ.
