Walking Past a Motion Sensor Light on Shabbos?

8. A woman is staying over Friday night in hospital with a child. Can she light Shabbos candles at home ‘on condition’ and then drive over; can she light at a home near the hospital; can someone light ‘her’ candles in another address?[8]
9. Does a man lighting Shabbos candles cover his eyes whilst reciting the brocho?[9]
10. Feedback on why ובא לציון isn’t said on Shabbos morning.[10]
