Tessler and Schwartz Families Dedicate New Torah
A new Sefer Torah was dedicated in Crown Heights Monday evening, Yud Tes Kislev, by the Tessler and Schwartz families. The siyum was followed by a parade and hakafos.

The siyum was followed by a parade with joyous dancing to Chevra Ahavas Yisroel Shul for Hakafos.
