Friends and family gathered on Thursday to write the final letters in a new Sefer Torah dedicated in memory of R’ Yaakov Rogatsky a”h, in honor of his third yahrzeit on 16 Cheshvan.
The new Sefer Torah was professionally written and completed by Crown Heights Sofer Yisroel Noach Rabiski.
The writing of the final letters took place at the Rogatsky residence on Crown Street, followed by a procession to FREE Shul on President Street for Hakafos and dancing.
