A special farbrengen and melava malka in honor of Shabbos Bereishis was held in Beit Chaya Mushka in Paris, France.

The featured speaker was Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Pevzner, who spoke about the mesirus nefesh of his son Rabbi Mottele Pevzner, a young Shliach in Perpignan, France who recently passed away.

The event was addressed by a panel on the topic of Hakhel by Head Shliach Rabbi Mendel Azimov, Rabbi Yitzchak Gabbai, Rabbi Mendel Bitan, and Rabbi Mendy Sabag.
