Jewish communities across Paris marked Purim 5786 with a full day of celebrations, including Megillah readings held at several locations throughout the city and surrounding areas.
Megilah readings were held at “The Rebbe’s Shul” at 17 Rue des Rosiers, as well as at Chabad of Créteil, Beis Chaya Mushka in Paris’s 19th arrondissement, and Chabad of Flandre. The events were led by Rabbi Chaim Melul, Rabbi Eli Chelki, Rabbi Mendy Uzan, and Rabbi Daniel Gabbai, drawing many participants throughout the day.
The celebrations culminated in a lively Purim farbrengen at Chabad of Flandre, led by head shliach Rabbi Mendy Azimov.
The festive atmosphere of Purim across the French capital was captured by Chabad photographer Mordechai Lubecki.
