The 5th annual kinus of Tzach (Tzeirei Agudas Chabad) took place on Chol Hamoed Sukkos, 5721. The organization was founded by the Rebbe on Beis Iyar 5715/1955, and was tasked with doing the work that Lubavitch is now famous for: spreading Yiddishkeit outward.

Tzach hosts two general meetings during the year: One on Beis Iyar, the day the organization was founded, and another on Chol Hamoed Sukkos, when many guests were visiting Crown Heights from around the world. The guests would speak about the happenings and shlichus work being done in their respective countries.

In attendance were many rabbonim and shluchim from Crown Heights and around the world.
