On a journey from darkness to light, recently freed hostage Bar Kupershtein will be visiting communities across the United States, sharing his remarkable story of survival, emunah, and renewal after spending 738 days in captivity.
The tour, coordinated by the Mitzvos IDF organization under the leadership of Rabbi Dovid Caytak, aims to inspire Yidden with a firsthand account of strength in the face of unimaginable hardship, and the light that can emerge even from the darkest places.
Bar’s story has already touched millions around the world. Now, for the first time, communities will have the opportunity to hear directly from him: how he endured captivity, what gave him strength, and how he emerged with a renewed mission to inspire others.
As part of the tour, Bar will, be’ezras Hashem, take time before each event to help fellow Yidden put on tefillin at local Chabad Houses, turning each stop into a moment of connection and mitzvah.
Mitzvos IDF, known for its ongoing support of soldiers, former hostages, and their families with a special focus on strengthening mitzvah observance, is spearheading the initiative to bring this message of hope and resilience to communities across the U.S.
The tour is scheduled to begin on April 12 in Florida.
