  1. It is with sadness that I learned of the passing of Dr Irving.

I have fond memories of Mr. Fishman coming to Shul in Montreal with his two distinguished “boys” whom he and his wife brought up to continue their “derech hatirah”.

    Cherish your memories.

    Condolences to the entire family,

  2. Irving and go back to our days in Camp Massad in the late 1950’s. In 1962 we we shared a bunk, I was the Senior and Irving was my Junior. His parents and mine were friends, we all went to the same shul in Montreal. he was a great guy,may the memories and good times be a comfort to you, my best to his brother. May you all be comforted amongst the mourners of Zion and Yerusalyim

  3. Dear Issie and family, Morty and I are saddened to read of Irving’s passing. We have fond memories of being together at Camp Massad and TBDJ shul. Our parents knew each other as well. We will cherish these memories and I hope they will comfort you at this time. Love Aviva

  4. Dear Issie, Naomi and family.
Marvin and I are sorry to read of the loss of your brother Irving. May your fond memories of Irving give you solace at this difficult time.

It is with enormous sadness that we learned of the passing of our old friend Irving Fishman. We grew up in the same Montreal neighbourhood and attended Talmud Torah and Herzliah together. We were a small, close-knit and very special group, more like a family than simply classmates. We will always remember his smile, his kindness and his sense of humour. May his memory be a blessing.

  6. Dear Miriam and Irving’s beloved family,
I grieve with you at your great loss. May your wonderful memories of the times you shared with him bring you comfort now and for many years to come.

  7. Dear Issie and family,
We are so very saddened to learn of the passing of your dear brother Irving. May his memory always be a blessing.
    Marlene and Irvin
