Chabad Early Childhood of the Shluchim Office invites all Shluchos to a preschool empowerment session taking place in Crown Heights during the Kinus Hashluchos.
Chabad Early Childhood is the international network serving Chabad preschools on Shlichus. This annual event is a highlight for the Shluchos to focus on the role, skills and growth of preschool directors and staff. It’s a rare opportunity for them to connect with each other, enjoy a beautiful breakfast buffet and get a free gift given to each Shlucha participating.
“The Chabad Early Childhood sessions are the reason I come to Kinus,” said Mrs. Mushkie Bitton, director of Jewish Creative Preschool in Beverly Hills, CA. ”It’s the perfect opportunity to network with fellow Shluchos and gain insight that will help me take my preschool to the next level!”
Keynote speaker, Mrs. Perl Stroh, director of Chabad Early Learning of the Upper West Side will delve into the unseen influence of preschool directors and the power of Chinuch, connecting that with the idea of Achdus. Director of Development and Staff Coach Mrs. Chaya Shaprio will discuss cultivating a harmonious and connected staff community as well as giving practical tips, tried and tested ideas that really work.
Ending off the day, panelists Mrs. Nina Naparstek, Mrs. Esty Marcus, Mrs. Mushky Glitzenstein, Mrs. Shaindel Shapiro and Mrs. Dena Schusterman will lead an interactive discussion where these directors with different style preschools and years of experience can guide in navigating preschool obstacles.
The sessions will take place on Sunday, February 4 / 25 Shevat at 1349 President Street (Rubashkin).
