Rabbi Yehuda Pevzner, a tankist from Crown Heights, and Rabbi Elram Ben Harush, a tankist from Tzfas, met at the Lebanon border for intense Mivtza Tefillin under rocket fire.

Photographer Dovber Hechtman documented the operations Mitzva Tanks in full operation near the Lebanese border. Rabbi Yehuda Pevzner, a Crown Heights tankist, and Rabbi Elram Ben Harush, a Tzfas tankist, were both pictured there helping soldiers lay tefillin while danger surrounded them from all sides.

Amidst intense soldier training sessions, sirens, and missile falls, the dedicated chassidim were seen wrapping tefillin on soldiers, offering various treats, and words of chizuk.
