Der groiser zal is the large yeshiva study hall of the original Tomchei Temimim in Lubavitch. A grand unveiling and Hakhel are scheduled to take place on 15 Elul, the day the Rebbe Rashab established Tochei Temimim. The restoration unveiling is set for Chai Elul, the first day of studies in the new Yeshiva.
The restoration of the zal, as well as the building of new guest houses and the restoration of many holy sites in Lubavitch, is being overseen by shliach Rabbi Gavriel Gordon.
