Bnos Menachem announces Keren Shmuel, a Shidduch Incentive in memory of Hatomim Shmuel Karnowsky a”h. The fund will award Shiduchim made for graduates age 21 and older.
Early last week, Bnos Menachem family and friends were stunned to hear of the untimely passing of Shmuel ben Osher Karnowsky.
Shmuel, the beloved 15-year-old son of our High School English Studies Principal, Mrs. Rivka Karnowsky, was a talented, intelligent Masmid, devoted to his family and popular among his friends and classmates. He displayed exemplary fine Middos and particularly excelled in Ahavas Yisroel as he encouraged his friends to look out for and be respectful of one another.
In keeping with the Rebbe’s directive of establishing a memorial foundation within the shiva period, the Vaad of Bnos Menachem has announced the Keren Shmuel, Shidduch Incentive, in memory of Shmuel ben Osher. Keren Shmuel will network with all willing matchmakers, and award the sum of $1,000.00, as an additional Shadchanus bonus to every shadchan who succeeds in making a shidduch with Bnos Menachem graduates from the age of 21 and up.
Using this dignified and discreet approach, our fine young students will have an extra benefit to assist them in finding their bashert, leading to the building of many yiddishe, chassidishe homes, which will bring much joy and nachas to our community.
Anyone who wishes to participate in this initiative, by providing their support, suggestions or matchmaking expertise, is welcome to contact Keren Shmuel.
