B&H, the largest photography and electronics retailer in New York, known worldwide for its cameras, video, and audio equipment, became the scene of a spirited and meaningful farbrengen this past Yud-Tes Kislev.
A grand fleishig seuda and farbrengen, arranged and hosted by the Lubavitcher employees of the company, drew a large gathering of staff and colleagues from across the New York City area, representing a diverse mix of Yidden.
Speeches were delivered by employees Shmuly Goldman, Mendy Greenstein, and Bentzion Elisha, highlighting the significance of Yud-Tes Kislev and the importance of learning Chassidus. Attendees enjoyed a sumptuous homemade meal, meticulously prepared by the employees themselves. Adding to the meal, Shmuel Rimler of the renowned Pomona bakery, Sam’s Bread Basket, generously donated his signature sourdough breads.
The midtown cafeteria, typically a workplace hub, was filled with the nigunim of Pada Beshalom and Arba Bavos, creating an atmosphere of connection and joy.
In addition to speeches and song, Yechiel Steinmetz made a Siyum on Maseches Makos. Participants described the farbrengen as a powerful reminder of the importance of dedication and learning in serving Hashem, even amidst the demands of a busy workplace.
