On Thursday night, Chabad for the Youth in Eretz Yisroel, together with the Jerusalem Municipality under Mayor Moshe Lion, hosted their annual large-scale event at Binyanei HaUma.

Over 3,500 teens arrived from 70 locations across the country, traveling on more than 100 buses, accompanied by youth shluchim and shluchos.

Before the main event, additional halls featured a “Jewish Values” fair, highlighting Chabad Youth activities from throughout the year, while all participants enjoyed a gourmet dinner.

The event’s theme focused on davening. Rabbi Moshe Shilat, director of Chabad for the Youth in Eretz Yisroel, opened the program by explaining the concept of davening according to Chassidus. Teens also shared reflections on the importance of daily prayer and putting on tefillin.

Rishon LeZion and former Chief Rabbi of Eretz Yisroel, Rabbi Shlomo Amar, spoke about Rosh Hashanah and led the teens in a moving declaration of Shema Yisrael.

Former hostage Sasha Tropnov was welcomed warmly and spoke about his experiences, highlighting the value of unity around Jewish life and the importance of Ahavas Yisrael.

Singer Aviv Alush addressed the teens in their own language, encouraging them to open a new chapter in their relationship with Hashem and themselves.

Musical performances by Chaim Ben Tzur and the Revivo Project filled the halls with songs of hope, faith, and love for Hashem, energizing the teens throughout the evening.

The event concluded at 12:30 a.m. with Selichos , the first of its kind, broadcast live from the Kosel.
