Yosef Yitzchak Cohen, a young man from Ashdod, Israel and son of R’ Chaim Cohen, manager of the Crown Heights Matza bakery, passed away.

Yosef Yitzchak Cohen, a young man from Ashdod, Israel and son of R’ Chaim Cohen, manager of the Crown Heights Matza bakery, passed away on Shabbos, 18 Adar I, 5782.

He was 43 years old.

All who knew him described him as a yirei shamayim who always greeted everyone with a smile and would help every person in need.

About two weeks ago, he was diagnosed with a terrible disease and began to undergo a number of difficult treatments. On Shabbos afternoon he returned his soul to his maker.

The levaya was held today in Ashdod, Eretz Yisroel.
