The three zals of Beis Medrash, Mesivta Shiur Alef and Beis, and Mesivta Shiur Gimmel, were packed to capacity, with the sound of Torah learning filling the air.
The ‘Father and Son’ program took place on the eve of Chof Cheshvan, the birthday of the Rebbe Rashab, founder of Tomchei Tmimim. The Rebbe once suggested that one should spend time in a Tomchei Tmimim on this auspicious day.
Seen at the event were shluchim, businessmen, teachers, and a wide range of fathers, representing the diverse crowd that makes up YOEC’s student body. Each and every one took time out of their busy schedule to spend an hour of quality time learning with their son.
