Two prominent Chabad Shluchim were interviewed by the ‘Dee Shrift’ imprint of the Yiddish ‘Dee Voch’ magazine.
The widely circulated ‘Dee Voch’ is one of the most popular Yiddish weeklies. The main section contains pictures and details of events and happenings in the courts of rebbes and rabbonim across the globe. A second magazine, ‘Dee Shrift’, contains interviews, articles and columns.
Over the past few weeks, Dee Shrift featured two prominent shluchim, West Coast Head Shliach Rabbi Shlomo Cunin, and Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Aronov, Chairman of Tzach in Eretz Yisroel, on their front covers.
Both shluchim are among the group that was appointed by the Rebbe to lead the battle to have Russia return the Schneerson collection.
Rabbis Cunin and Aronov told over the history of the battle, where it is standing now, and gave a behind-the-scenes look at the entire saga.
They also each related unique stories from their respective shlichus, and the hora’os they received from the Rebbe.
