Yeshivas Ohr Elchonon Chabad Is a Tower of Light

Yeshivas Ohr Elchonon Chabad is a Migdal Ohr, one such tower of light. With every flicker of our fiber and every flame of our being, we illuminate our Bochurim by the light of Torah as it is illuminated by Chassidus.

כי נר מצוה ותורה אור
~ Mishlei 6:23 ~

What is Ohr?

Ohr is the light and energy that fuels the world. Ohr is the emanation of the light-source, Hashem, that powers the universe and empowers all of creation.

Torah is Hashem’s chochma, wisdom. Torah, called Ohr, is the light and energy of existence.

In this oft-challenging world, towers of Ohr, beacons of light are needed more than ever.

Yeshivas Ohr Elchonon Chabad is one such Migdal Ohr, one such tower of light. With every flicker of our fiber and every flame of our being, we illuminate our Bochurim by the light of Torah as it is illuminated by Chassidus.

Every candle requires one thing: fuel. Without fuel, we cannot be the Ohr we have to be for our students. This is why we have launched the Our Ohr campaign.

כי נר מצוה ותורה אור
Giving is a candle. Learning is light.

Mitzvah, especially the Mitzvah of Tzedakah, is the candle that fuels our future.
