Women’s Podcast Focuses on Internalizing Each Week’s Sefira

Rivky Boyarsky and Sara Loewenthal, co-founders of Bodiessouls.com, were determined to make counting the Omer this year a transformative experience, so they organized their podcast and blog to feature the corresponding Sefira of each week.

As Pesach came to an end, Rivky Boyarsky and Sara Loewenthal, co-founders of Bodiessouls.com, were determined to make counting the Omer this year a transformative experience. “I purchased a notebook and turned Sefira into a special project,” explains Rivky. “It was more than just making sure to count every day with a Bracha. I wanted to internalize what every Sefira means to me.”

“We then decided to utilize our platform to not only help ourselves learn about the Sefiros, but to expand that awareness to women around the world,” said Sara. “From Pesach until Shavuos, we organized our podcast and blog to feature the corresponding Sefira of each week.”

“We just released our episodes on Chessed and Gevurah,” Rivky said, “and in them, we interview Tzippy Vigler, Chinuch expert and founder of ‘My Extended Family’ as well as Dina Cohen, a relationship specialist, who talks to us about her work helping people with addictions. Coming up next for Tiferes is Liba Yoffe, American Ninja Warrior and founder of Spirit Fit Life, and for Netzach, Rus Devora Wallen, founder of Toratherapeutics. Our Sefira Series aims to showcase real women who embody an aspect of each Sefira that is both spiritual and practical.”

“We are doing this because we want to live with the Sefiros,” Sara adds.

In addition to the weekly Podcast Series, there is a correlating blog post that simultaneously highlights the same Sefira. Both Chessed and Gevurah are available on our website and showcase the Sefiros as they uniquely pertain to women. While there are many resources for making Sefiros meaningful, this is the first one that is put together by women for women. We can’t wait to take you along this journey.
