Among the various summer alternatives available for Bais Menachem’s Yeshivah Bochurim in Wilkes-Barre, a small, yet dedicated and creative, group decided to embark on an adventurous option – Panama.

The program (set to begin on 18 Tammuz and end on 19 Menachem Av) will give Bochurim the opportunity to visit three major locations in the country: the capital – Panama City, the Caribbean Ocean – Bocas Del Toro and the Highlands – Boquete.

For the most part, activities will be headquartered in Boquete. The city offers an amazing setting away from city life and distractions, numerous outdoor activities are available: from water rafting, zip-lining and hiking, to island hopping, whale watching, surfing, and other unique experiences.

The Wilkes-barre group already boasts 15 participants: 5 Shluchim and 10 Bochurim. Rabbi Eliyahu Ezagui will be the Menahel Ruchni, while local Panama Shluchim are coordinating the Gashmius.

Help is being requested to assist Bochurim and Shluchim in covering the cost of their unique summer plan. If you are interested in sponsoring one of them, please reach out to [email protected]
You can also donate directly via www.chabadboquete.com/donate

Costs per participant:
$2,500 – Program
$800 – Flight
