When the Moshiach Times had a picture of a man in a tallis blowing shofar in the field (like the one in this article), the Rebbe pointed out if its supposed to be Rosh Hashana, then why is he on the field hes supposed to be in shul, and if a regular Elul day why doesn’t he have tefilin.
