Hundreds of Crown Heights residents and shluchim participated in the levaya of Rabbi Gershon Mendel Garelik, as it passed by 770 this morning en route to Eretz Yisroel for burial on Har Hazeisim.
As the aron rested in front of 770, the crowd began singing a number of niggunim that were dear to his heart, including Reb Meir Shlomo Yanovski’s niggun, B’cha Botchu, Der Aibeshter Vet Geben, and V’haya Bayom Hahu.
The Levaya will continue on Tuesday morning, 4 Adar, in Yerushalayim at Shamgar at 10:30 AM. Kevurah will be on Har Hazeisim.

The following times are for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3-5 Adar .
Shacharis: 9:30 am
Mincha: 5:10 pm
Maariv: 6:05 pm
Visiting hours: 10:30 am-1 pm and 3-9 pm.
