With encouragement from mashpi’im and rabbonim, the Vaad Hatmimim has announced that the much-anticipated panel discussion “From 770 to the World” will shift gears to highlight the Rebbe’s directives regarding news and media in times of war, and their relevance in the current situation.
As the Jewish world reels from the recent events in Eretz Yisroel, the Vaad Hatmimim has announced a new update to the panel-discussion titled “From 770 to the World”.
The historic panel is set to highlight the Rebbe’s involvement in bringing Yiddishkeit and Torah to the media and the news, most notably through Lubavitch News Service, and via live televised broadcasts of Farbrenegens.
In light of the recent events, the program for the evening is being modified to include Torah Tefillah and Tzedakah. Additionally, the panel will stress on the Rebbe’s message to the world in regards to turmoil in Eretz Yisroel in times of war.
Several of the panelists have agreed to share never-before seen content on the Rebbe’s opinion and stance in regards to the current situation.
This historic event will take place in the Oholei Torah Ballroom at 8:00 PM.
For those who cannot participate in-person, a live broadcast will be streamed on Chabad.org/Vaad.
