40 students of Yeshivas Lubavitch Ukraine concluded a Yeshivas Kayitz program at the Kochavi Forest Club, where they enjoyed sports and nature walks alongside preparing for an exam on all of the Gemara learned this year.
40 Talmidim of Yeshivas Lubavitch Ukraine, headed by Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Chaim Chazan, have just returned from the Kochavi forest club where they enjoyed a fantastic Yeshivas Kayitz program.
The program took place at a perfect juncture, during the intense chazarah initiative currently ongoing in yeshiva, preparing for an exam on all of the Gemara learned this year.
During their breaks from learning, they took full advantage of the many available activities. Full-length swimming pool, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, as well as table tennis and nature walks.
On Yud Beis/Yus Gimmel Tammuz they joined all the staff for an uplifting farbrengen which went until the early hours of the morning. The farbrengen was generously sponsored by one of the yeshiva’s principal benefactor Mr. Benyomin Demchinko in memory of his mother.
While the students were away, the yeshiva used the opportunity to further upgrade the Yeshiva building.
The program was provided at no cost to the talmidim and was generously underwritten by the head shliach of Dnipro Rabbi Shmuel Kaminetsky and the Jewish Community of Dnipro.
The Vaad of the Yeshiva; Rabbis Shmuel Kaminetsky, Meir Stambler, and Raphael Rutman expressed their satisfaction with the positive impact the yeshivas kayitz had on the Talmidim.
