Tzeirei Hashluchim Concludes Amazing Winter Camp

The Tzeirei Hashluchim Winter Camp of the Shluchim Office wrapped on a high with over 150 Young Shluchim returning home full of inspiration and Chayus.

Young Shluchim from around the world had a blast enjoying ten incredible days together in Lake Worth, Florida growing in their Hiskashrus, connecting with fellow Shluchim and having the best time participating in amazing sports and games.

“Thank you for giving our boys an amazing first year camp experience,” wrote Mrs. Chana Rubenfeld, Shlucha to Chesterfield, MO. “We can already see how much they gained and they are already counting down until next again!”

From interactive activities, beautiful Farbrengens and special initiatives, the program gave the boys the best in just ten days. This year’s unique program included the grand trip with speed boating and trampolining, a hands on color war involving every camper and a camp wide Hachana initiative launched in honor of this year’s Yud Alef Nissan.

With record numbers of Young Shluchim attending, there was a full-scale Bar Mitzvah division for the first time in winter camp. The 7th and 8th grade boys enjoyed their own Minyan, a special learning track complete with Chassidus before Davening, and a host of extracurricular activities, farbrengen, late nights, and runaways.

“My boys had a great time and came back on a high,” said Mrs. Chanie Zwiebel, Shlucha to Blacksburg, VA. “It was so special hearing them sing camp songs the whole Shabbos, thank you so much!”

“It was so meaningful to see each camper depart rejuvenated and inspired in his Shlichus,” shared director Rabbi Berel Bendet. “Many campers and parents have already been sharing of the beautiful friendships made and Hachlatos taken on from the camp experience!”
