Two Special Torahs Used for Rosh Chodesh
The main minyan in 770 used two special Torahs in honor of Chanukah and Rosh Chodesh Teves: Moshiach’s Sefer Torah, and the small Torah known as the ‘Rebbe‘s Sefer Torah’, the only time it is used on a weekday.
