The Western Wall Heritage Foundation: “We call on the public to come early in the month of Elul to say Selichot, and not only during the last days of Selichot and Aseret Yemei Teshuva between Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur, in order to spread out the crowds for the safety and welfare of all those who visit the Western Wall.”
