When planning a taharas hamishpacha review series in Toronto, the local Junior N’shei chapter was determined to make it unique and special. Thanks to some dedicated women and donors, they pulled it off.
When planning a taharas hamishpacha review series in Toronto, the local Junior N’shei chapter was determined to make it unique and special. Thanks to some dedicated women and donors, they pulled it off.
Each class was presented by top-notch local kalla teachers, covering all pertinent halachos and hashkafos.
The ambiance of each class was unique and special, as each week a different set of talented women volunteered to prepare the event, treating all of the ladies who attended to delicious refreshments and stunning decor.
The ladies who attended 4 out of the 5 classes were entered into a raffle. Raffles prizes were $180 cash, $180 to a local restaurant and a photoshoot by a talented local photographer.
Additionally, everyone who attended all 5 classes were gifted with a $15 gift card to a coffee shop.
Many of the women who attended the classes warmly thanked the organizers, saying that they gained a lot from attending. “The classes were both informative and inspiring,” one participant said.
The 5 week review series was l’ilui nishmas HaRav Shimon Ben Harav Menachem Shmuel Dovid Halevi Raichik a”h, Rav of Anash in Los Angelos, and Rav Yechiel Dov Ben Harav Avraham Menachem Nelken a”h.
