Rabbi Zushe Winner Shlita was appointed by Tzach Hamerkozis on January 8, 1991 to serve the community of West Brighton.
He has served his community par excellence. Now he is lucky to have trained his talented son to lead the Seabreeze Jewish Center, together with Rebbetzin Esther, in West Brighton, which is flourishing.
