One of the steady participants of the Siyum every year is the gaon Rabbi Yechiel Michel Daskal, Rosh Yeshivah of the Vizhnitzer Yeshivah Tzemach Tzadik in Boro Park.
His fascinating remarks, which display great proficiency in the Rebbe’s Torah, have long become the favorite speech that the thousands of participants in the Siyum look forward to every year.
This year, due to the time constraints in the historic Siyum celebration in front of 770, Rabbi Daskal sent a recording of his remarks in connection to the 40th Siyum. It is presented here as a continuation and the Rov’s participation in the grand celebration.
