The cobblestone streets of Vienna’s historical “Juden Platz” were filled with the joyous singing of more than 200 Jewish teens from 19 European countries, participants in CTeen’s annual Shabbat Across Europe.

The teens spent Friday morning exploring the old Jewish quarter of Vienna and visiting sites such as the Seitenstettengasse Synagogue.

The teens hail from 19 countries, including Turkey, Sweden, Croatia, France, and Ukraine. Over Shabbos, the teens will hear from their newly made friends about what it’s like to be a Jewish teen in their hometowns.
