A large crowd of people from all walks of life gathered in Beis Menachem of Tannersville, NY, for an annual Yarchei Kalla in honor of the Rebbe’s father’s yohrzeit, led by Rabbi Mordechai Shtern.

The evening began with a special video of the Rebbe, and opening remarks by Rabbi Mordechai Shtern followed by heart warming words from Reb Sholom Ber Drizin.

The Bostoner Rebbe addressed the crowd, sharing stories about the Rebbe and the Rebbetzin from the time his family lived on 1310 President Street next to the Rebbe’s house, and concluded his speech by wishing everyone a כתיבה וחתימה טובה that is the gematria of חמשה עשר בשבט.

Rabbi Yehoshua Borenstein, Rabbi of Anshei Hashoron Shul, gave an inspiring speech sharing thoughts about Golus and Geula, explaining in detail how the Geula is prepared before the beginning of the Golus. A special guest, Rabbi Yisroel Rubin, head shliach of North Eastern New York State, spoke about Reb Levik’s teachings regarding the Aron and the Kruvim in the Beis HaMikdosh.
