The entire Crown Heights community is invited to celebrate the siyum of a new Sefer Torah written in memory of Mrs. Gute Schapiro a”h, daughter of famed chossid Reb Peretz Mochkin.
The siyum event will take place on Sunday, Rosh Chodesh Nissan, on the eve of her first yahrzeit.
Writing of the final letters will take place at 4:30 PM, parade to 770 and hakafos will take place at 5:30 PM.
The new Sefer Torah is being dedicated by R’ Shmuel and Leah Schapiro and family, and Chabad of Lake Tahoe CA, in memory of his beloved grandmother.
