Sunday: Friendship Circle Art of Friendship Gallery

For the ninth year running, the Friendship Circles Art of Friendship Gallery will be open this Sunday at JCM, displaying the artwork that the members of Friendship Circle created for the greater Crown Heights community to view.

It was 2019. The tables were folded, the flowers packed away and the large crowd of 400+ people had mostly dispersed. A conversation about if another one should be held the following year, was taking place. The event had already happened for a number of consecutive years and perhaps it was time to retire this one. Finish with a bang.

“There are staple events and there are events that come and go. This is definitely one of Friendship Circles staple events. This needs to happen every year,” a FC father shared.

For the ninth year running, the Friendship Circles Art of Friendship Gallery will be open this Sunday from 3:00-5:00 pm at the Jewish Children Museum. At the Art of Friendship Gallery, the artwork that the members of Friendship Circle created will be displayed in a beautiful gallery, for the greater Crown Heights community to view.

There will be fun activities and light refreshments for the entire family to enjoy!

There will be face painting, balloons, crafts, and food.

This event is free of charge.
100% of the proceeds from the sale of the children’s artwork will benefit the Friendship Circle of Brooklyn.
