Chabad of JFK Airport marked the third year of their Sukkah for travelers with a special event for airport staff.

Chabad of the Airport, arranged for a Sukkah to be available for all the passengers and staff of JFK Airport, the airport that services many international flights to Eretz Yisroel. As this was the third consecutive year, a Chazaka, a special event was held to celebrate this special milestone.

The event, which was attended by all senior personnel of the Terminal, was emceed by Rabbi Gershon Avtzon, Rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Lubavitch Cincinnati. The crowd was addressed by Mr. Roel Huinink, CEO of Terminal 4, and Rabbi Ari Korenblit Chaplain for the international synagogue at JFK airport and Rabbi Mendy Carlebach, chaplain to the Port Authority.

Rabbi Yossi Rapp, continuing the work of his father, Rabbi Yekusiel Rapp, thanked all for attending and for the ongoing partnership throughout the year. It was a tremendous Kiddush Hashem.
